Rental Information

• Minimum stay is 2 nights. Holidays and special events may require a longer minimum rental period. Peak season may require a Saturday to Saturday stay. 
• Self Catering and self check in.  Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out is at 10 a.m.  Late check outs will forfeit a half days rent from their deposit.  Maid service is available at additional expense to tenant.
• Payments.  An advanced rental payment of 300.00 is taken at the time the reservation is made.  The balance of the rental is due 30 days before your arrival.
• Cancellation Policy.  There are no refunds for cancellations for any reason. We strongly urge you to purchase trip insurance.  Snow chains and or 4wd vehicles required in winter months.
• No smoking.  Smoking is prohibited in all Sunkissed Vacations rental units. 
• Pet Policy. Pets are not allowed
• Damage Deposit.  A deposit of 250.00 is required prior to check in.  A hold of that amount will be place on your credit card on file. If you prefer, you may also pay the deposit in cash.
