Our Standards and Practices Includes donating left over food items, amenities and other extras to local shelters or other needy recipients.

Purchasing. When possible we buy recycled-content products for the rentals, office, construction and remodeling projects. We aim to use Eco-Friendly products and avoid purchasing products with unnecessary packaging. As appliances and fixtures need repair or replacement, we install energy efficient lighting fixtures, fluorescent bulbs, HVAC and other electrical equipment.

Linens. We encourage our guest to reuse towels during their stay and linens are washed only upon check out. We use laundry facilities that have high efficiency equipment and detergents.

Recycling. Sevier county, TN has eliminated the need for the company or our guest to recycle and has a state of the art recycle center. Recycling 70% , compared to 27% that could be recycled on our own.

Conservation. The installation of water conserving showerheads, faucets and toilets in all new construction and replacements as needed in existing homes. Sunkissed vacations is a member of the green power switch in the counties that it is available.

Carbon Foot Print. We encourage all of our guest to use carbon credits to offset the type of travel to our locations that they have chosen.

Reservations. Starting in 2009 all reservations and rentals with be paperless. All transactions will be over the internet saving both paper and the resources used in the postal system.
