Rental Information |
| The weekly rate is any 7 nights in a
row. Self check in after 3:00 p.m. and self check out at 10:00
a.m. Rates do not include 9.5% lodging tax. |

Payment Information |
| A deposit equal to one nights
rental is due when you place the reservation. The deposit will be
applied towards your total rental amount. You will receive the
key(s) , rental agreement and an invoice for the balance 30 days
prior to your stay. |

Cancellation Policy |
| If you must cancel, do
so prior to 60 days so the cabin can be re-rented. If cabin is
re-rented you will receive your reservation deposit less $35.00
cancellation fee, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. If an
emergency occurs less than 60 days prior to your arrival and you
must cancel, please call ASAP and every effort will be made to
re-rent it. We always credit any fees to your next visit.

Severe Weather Policy |
| No refunds are given for
snow/ice, forest fire or other extreme weather conditions

Pet Policy |
| A mature, housebroken pet is allowed
with a $50.00 pet fee. They must be on a flea and tick program and
caution must be used so pet is not lost, or destroyed by native
predators. |

Relocation |
| In the event property becomes
damaged, destroyed or sold, Sunkissed Vacations reserves the right
to relocate Tenant to a comparable unit at the discretion of
Sunkissed Vacations, or if Tenant prefers, a full refund will be
made. |

Minimum Rental Period |
2 night minimum with the following
exceptions:
3 night minimum Valentines Day, Easter, the month of July, Labor
Day, the month of October
4 night minimum Memorial Day, July 4th, Blue Angels, Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Years
